The double room was immaculate with a kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board. Location: the hotel was right by a former Methodist church, Conwy...
Their staff were a bit slow.

No complains at all, I couldn't recommend more this place and would have stayed for longer. Thanks for the fantastic stay for two nights. I must comment on its very central location - it was awesome! Everyone who works in the hotel is kind and courteous.

The standard king room felt inviting and had excellent facilities. The staff were warm and eager to assist.
I expected more variety in dining options close to the hotel.

great location but bathroom needs better lighting
The staff here are genuinely friendly, offering great service throughout my stay. The beautiful setting in the old chapel for meals is a unique experience.
The bathroom, while modern, lacked sufficient lighting.

We had a lovely stay with great views from our top floor room and a fantastic breakfast served in a unique setting that really made the morning special. Relaxing on the sun terrace while listening to some live music made our time even better. The only downside was the room got a bit warm, but the provided fan helped a lot. Definitely recommend checking this place out! 😊
